Ruman Gerst, Dr. Zoltán Cseresnyés and Prof. Dr. Marc Thilo Figge at Leibniz Institute for Natural Product Research and Infection Biology – Hans Knöll Institute have developed the software JIPipe to make image analysis easier by using Artifictial Intelligence. JIPipe is a visual programming language for ImageJ that allows to create macros without any programming by just creating a flowchart.
