We are happy to anouce that Prof. Ralf Mrowka joined MSCJ after FSU’s Tag der Forschung 2015. Prof. Ralf Mrowka is leader of the research group for Experimental Nephrology at the Universitätsklinikum Jena.
His research group focuses on three major topics:

Gene Regulation, Protein-Protein Interactions, Gene-Expression Data, DNA-sequences, Transcription Factor Binding Sites, miRNA function, drug based iPS, TLR signalling - Computational and Experimental Analysis of Physiological Time-Series:
Study of Interaction of Respiratory and Cardiovascular System with focus on early human development and sleep, Analysis of ECG-Predictors for Sudden Cardiac Death (T-Wave alternans) - Modelling of Physiological Systems:
Focus on the cardiovascular system, Renin-Angiotensin-Aldosterone-System
