Within the framework of the BACI project, where several members of the MCSJ are involved, next June will be organized here in Jena the 1st Workshop on Environmental Informatic Challenges. The aim of this 3-days workshop is to bring together and stimulate discussions and collaborations among researchers from various disciplines when dealing with geosciences topics from a machine learning point of view.
